Deleting Documents

There are two ways to delete a document. Delete it yourself by selecting the document and pressing the Delete key, or mark documents for deletion and then have Notes delete them, as follows:

  1. Mark the document(s).

  2. Choose Edit, Clear from the menu. A trash can appears next to all marked documents.

  3. Exit the database (Esc) or refresh the view (F9). A dialog box appears, asking whether or not you want to permanently delete the documents. Click Yes.
