Setting Your Delegation Profile

The Delegation Profile enables you to specify who may view your calendar and who may make entries for you. You can also use this document to designate who may read your mail or send mail on your behalf.

To create a Delegation Profile document (see Figure 19.6), choose Actions, Mail Tools, Delegation Profile from the menu or click the Allow Other Users to View Your Calendar button in the Calendar Profile document.
