Personal Address Book

To send mail efficiently, you should keep your address books current. Before Notes sends your mail, it searches your Personal Address Book and then the Public Address Book. If you are working remotely, you need to populate your Personal Address Book with entries from the Public Address Book or replicate the Public Address Book to your laptop. If you work in a large company, the Public Address Book can take up quite a bit of hard-disk space on your laptop, so consider copying the addresses you need into your Personal Address Book.
