Printing Mail

You can print one or several pieces of mail at a time. As with many Windows products, you can activate the Print command in several ways. In Lesson 3, you added the Print SmartIcon to your toolbar; using the Print icon is one way to print a single copy of mail. To print more than one mail message at a time, select those messages by clicking next to each one in the left column of the Inbox view. This places a check mark next to the mail message. Then, print by using one of the following methods:

  • Click the Print SmartIcon once. This prints one copy of the open mail message.

  • Hold down the Ctrl key while pressing the letter p. This also prints one copy of the open mail message.

  • Select File, Print from the menu. This gives you the option to print multiple copies, headers, and footer, change the orientation of the printer, or change the printer selection.
