Creating Memos from Calendar Entries and Tasks

You don't have to be in the Inbox view to send a mail message. You might be looking at a Calendar entry or a Task and decide to send a mail message relating to that document. Do the following to create a mail memo from a Calendar entry or Task:

  1. Select or open the calendar entry or task you want to use.

  2. Choose Actions, Copy Into, New Memo from the menu.

  3. The memo appears with the Subject field, repeating the name of the calendar entry or task and some brief information in the body field. Make any necessary modifications to the memo.

  4. Send the message.
