Chapter 26. Working with Web Pages > Posting Workbook Content on the Web

Posting Workbook Content on the Web

Through the Web features in Excel 97, we can take just about anything that we can include in a workbook and create a Web page built around it without having to learn the HTML markup language used in developing Web pages. If we already have existing pages, we can export our data into them directly. If our site has been created with Microsoft FrontPage 97, a first cousin to the Office 97 siblings, we have even more options.

To use these features, you will need to have the Internet Assistant for Excel 97. If your File menu does not list a Save as HTML option, you will need to install the Assistant from the installation CD-ROM.
