Printing Files

All your hard work pays off when you can print your final worksheet. You may want to print a copy to review and mark up editing changes, or you may print a copy to distribute to others.

To print an entire file, you can simply click the Print button. This instructs Excel to immediately start printing one copy of the entire file. To print only certain pages or selected text in a file, to print multiple copies, or to control how the file is printed, you'll need to use the Print dialog box.
