Finding Data Using AutoFilter

It's easy to find information in your database if you take advantage of the tools available for searching and extracting data.

First, determine what you want to find. For example, you might want to find all the records in your database that share one particular field. To find items with a common field (such as all the assets located in one city, or all the assets purchased on the same date), choose Data, Filter, AutoFilter.
