Selecting One or More Levels

As you edit, add to, or enhance an organizational chart, you need to select the boxes with which you want to work. This list explains how to select one or more boxes or levels:

  • To select a single box, click on it. To move from one box to another, use the arrow keys.

  • To select more than one box, hold down the Shift key while clicking on each box.

  • To select a specific group of boxes (for example, all manager boxes), choose Edit, Select, and click on the desired group.

  • To select a specific level in the organization, choose Edit, Select Levels, and type the range of levels you want to select (for example, 2 through 5).
