Changing Your Print Options

Word offers a number of printing options that you may need to use at times. You can print only the odd-numbered pages or only the even-numbered pages. This option is useful to create two-sided output on a standard one-sided printer: print the odd-numbered pages, then flip the printed pages over and place them back in the printer's paper tray and print the even-numbered pages. You select which pages to print by clicking the Print drop-down arrow in the Print dialog box and selecting Odd Pages or Even Pages from the list. Select All Pages in Range to return to printing all pages.

You set other print options in the Print dialog box (see Figure 8.2). To display this dialog box, open the Print dialog box as previously described and click the Options button.
