Printing Multiple Copies

You can print more than one copy of a document, and you can specify that the copies be collated. To print multiple copies:

  1. Click File, Print, or press Ctrl+P. The Print dialog box appears (refer to Figure 8.1).

  2. In the Number of Copies box, enter the desired number of copies. Or, click the incrementer arrows to set the desired value.

  3. Select the Collate check box to turn it on or off.

  4. Click OK.
