Changing Languages

Microsoft has created several language (or localized) versions of Word. This enables document sharing between English and non-English speaking countries, which is especially useful given the international nature of Web and Internet communications. For example, if you receive a document written in a non-English language that requires editing, select the language from the Language dialog box to allow the use of language-specific symbols.

To change languages, follow these steps:
