Black and White Preview

One of the most frequent complaints about earlier versions of PowerPoint is the lack of control it allows you over presentations printed in black and white. The Print dialog box offers several options for changing the appearance of printouts, but there are always times when the option that fixes one printing problem causes other slides to print badly.

The truth of the matter is that PowerPoint 95 gives very precise control over the way each item in a presentation is printed in Black and White (B&W). Unfortunately, it's a feature that few people learn how to use.
