Previewing Your Presentation

Nobody likes to waste time waiting for printouts; it's even less fun when you find that they're wrong and have to be re-done. It only makes sense to use the tools PowerPoint puts at your disposal to make sure that your presentation prints the way you want it to the first time.

It's always a good idea to use PowerPoint's spelling checker (choose Tools, Spelling or press F7 to see the Spelling dialog box shown in Figure 17.1), but don't assume that it will catch every spelling error for you. It won't. Inn fact, if ewe we're to run this sentence threw you're spelling checker, it wouldn't complain a beet.
