Working With Audio in Presentations

Audio is no less a challenge to work with than video. In fact, sound can make or break a presentation, whether it's simple effects that happen at slide transition, or complex musical scores designed to set tone and mood.

New to PowerPoint 97 is the ability to record narrative audio. This new feature lets you prerecord voice elements and time them to on-screen events. The result: a professional presentation that lets you bring voices of authority to bear on your pitch.
