Chapter 7. Modifying Drawing Objects

by Nancy Stevenson

  • Change line styles

Once you've created drawings, you can modify the outline styles of drawing objects in a variety of ways.

  • Add shadows and 3-D effects to objects

Shadows and 3-D styles can provide depth and perspective to your drawings.

  • Use color with drawings.

You can fill drawing objects with a large selection of built-in color choices, create custom colors, or even fill objects with realistic textures like marble or wood.

  • Work with several objects

Drawing objects can be grouped together so you can work with the collection as though it were a single object; or change the stacking order of objects on your slide to give a sense of perspective.
