Saving Frequently Used View and Print Settings

You probably use certain areas on worksheets again and again. You may need to display these areas differently or print them differently. You may be wasting a lot of time if you don't use Excel's Custom Views command.

The Custom Views command has the capability of storing the range, and the display and print settings for worksheet areas you frequently view or print. You can set up the areas with the display or print settings, position the worksheet on-screen as you want to view it, and then assign the view and settings to a name. When you save the workbook, the name and settings are saved so that you can use them later. The next time you want to see that view with the same settings, you can choose its name from the Custom Views dialog box.
