Troubleshooting Error Messages

Part of auditing a worksheet is handling any error messages that occur. For example, when Excel cannot evaluate a formula or function, the program displays an error value in the offending cell. Error values begin with a pound sign (#). Excel has seven kinds of error values with self-explanatory names. Brief explanations of the seven error values follow.
