You can use the Windows Clipboard to copy and paste data from files or from the Internet into a note.
OneNote includes a hyperlink to the source when you paste data from a Web page. By clicking the hyperlink, you can open the Web page in your browser.
You can copy all the notes on a page or several pages to a Microsoft Word document.
Graphic files, Word documents, Excel worksheets, and PowerPoint files you insert in a note are pasted as graphics. You can read, highlight, and mark up these files with a pen tool, but you can’t edit them.
You can copy information about a meeting or appointment in a note. You can also create an Outlook contact entry, appointment, or task without exiting OneNote.
