Key Points

  • Select pages and click the E-Mail button to send the notes by e-mail. Microsoft Outlook 2003 must be your default e-mailing program.

  • When you receive notes, they arrive in the form of an e-mail message and a OneNote section file. You can read the notes in the message body or open the attached section file, and copy them into OneNote.

  • Click the Print button to print all the notes on a single page. To print notes on several pages, press to open the Print dialog box, and then select Page Range options to specify which pages to print.

  • To make a page of notes viewable as a Web page, on the File menu, click Publish. This creates a MHTML document viewable in Internet Explorer.

  • If you or your company has Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services, you can make section files available to others, and you can work on sections that others have made available in the document library. You can also automatically update sections on your computer from sections in the document library.
