Chapter 9. Flagging Notes for Follow-Up > Creating a Summary Page for Flagged N...

Creating a Summary Page for Flagged Notes

A summary page is a page where copies of flagged notes are collected. To create a summary page, OneNote makes a copy of each note listed in the Note Flags Summary task pane and places the copy on a new page. Collecting copies of all your flagged notes on one page makes it easier to find the note you want.

Troubleshooting

A potential problem with summary pages is that copying notes can significantly increase the number of flagged notes. Unless you change the flagged note settings, distinguishing between the original and the copies can be difficult.
