Part 6: Collaboration Resources > Accessing Information on the Web

Chapter 22. Accessing Information on the Web

Microsoft® Office enables users to access Web services as they work and to share information with other users by storing information on the Web. Several features in Office provide ways to store information to an Internet or intranet location, whether that information consists of Office documents, Microsoft Office Internet Free/Busy Service information, or published HTML documents. Users can even back up their Office settings to a World Wide Web location and retrieve those settings from wherever the users happen to be. As an Office administrator, you can determine the extent to which your users can take advantage of Web access or other Web-related features.
