Using Multiple Applications

Even if you think you purchased Office XP to work primarily with one program (to write articles with Microsoft Word, for example, or to create spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel), as you discover the many things you can do—easily and quickly—with all the Office applications, you’ll want to try all the core programs. The way in which you can move data from one program to another is almost effortless; and sharing that data can save you hours you might otherwise spend retyping, re-entering, or reconfiguring data you already have.
