Working with Contacts

Did you ever have trouble fitting all the information you needed on those little Rolodex cards? I did—and the cards became dog-eared and tattered; I wrote on them with different-colored pens, updating information over the years. Sometimes I pulled one out of the little stand and tucked it in my pocket on the way out the door, intending to call the person while I was on the road. But that card was never seen again. What might have been an important contact was lost.

Outlook’s Contacts feature doesn’t get tattered, doesn’t show signs of scribbled-in updates, and it doesn’t fall out of your pocket and get lost. In fact, with Outlook Contacts, you have an almost unlimited amount of room to store information about the people important to your business and your life. As your relationships with others grow, the data you store about them can, too.
