Chapter 14. E-mailing with Microsoft Outlook > A Walk Around the Outlook Window

A Walk Around the Outlook Window

When you double-click the Microsoft Outlook icon on your desktop or choose Microsoft Outlook from the All Programs menu, the Outlook Today window appears (as shown in Figure 14-1). This window, after you begin working with your calendar, scheduling tasks, and using it for sending and receiving e-mail, will offer you reminders of all the important things you need to do today.

Figure 14-1. The Outlook Today window is where you begin your work with Outlook and all its features.
