Deleting Macros and Macro Projects

The last technique you should master when creating macros is how to delete them. You’ll find that deleting macros sometimes comes into play during the creation process. For example, you might want to test-drive a few versions of a particular macro before you settle on a final version. Or you might want to delete a macro simply because you don’t need it anymore or you’re trying to reduce your document’s file size. Regardless of your reason for deleting macros, you can delete them in two ways: You can delete an individual macro, or you can delete an entire macro project (which contains all the macros in a selected document or template).

Deleting a Single Macro

You can easily delete any macro you create by opening the Macros dialog box and deleting the macro. To do so, follow these steps:
