Besides enabling you to convert documents to PDF format, Acrobat also enables you to make changes to the PDF, such as inserting, deleting, moving, cropping pages, renumbering pages, adding headers and footers, and making minor modifications to text. In general, combining and modifying pages can be done in Acrobat, but any major content changes—such as significant text edits or major modifications to the page layout—should always be done in the original authoring application and to the original source documents.
