Q&A

Q1:I created a set of styles that I'd like to share with my coworkers. How do I do that?
A1: You have to store the styles in a template, not in a document. Then you have to make that template available to your coworkers. See the next hour to learn some strategies for doing this.
Q2:I created a toolbar for my styles, but there are no lines visually separating the buttons. Can I add them?
A2: Yes. To create separator lines between your toolbar buttons, start with the rightmost button in the toolbar. Hold down the Alt key as you drag the button slightly to the right, away from its neighbor. When you release the mouse button, the line appears. Working button by button to the left, continue this process to create the remaining separator lines.
Q3:In this hour, I learned how to create a toolbar for my styles. Can I also create new toolbars for other commands?
A3: Yes. You can certainly experiment with creating other toolbars for commands that you use frequently. In the Categories list in the Commands tab of the Customize dialog box, click the various categories to display the commands they contain on the right side of the dialog box. You can drag any of these commands to a toolbar to create a button for it.
