Summary

In this hour, we dug deep into the capability of PowerPoint to animate individual elements within a slide and realized that animation is not just whiz-bang stuff. It enables us to control the introduction of objects in a slide and avoid the distraction of the audience by having them see items until we're ready to discuss them.

We learned how to use animation schemes to quickly introduce title and bullet elements, and then we refined our animations in terms of timing and order in the Custom Animation task pane.
