Working with Notes

Another powerful organizational tool is the Notes panel, directly below the Slide window in Normal view. You can drag the upper border of the Notes panel up and down to expand your Notes area to add comments. There are two main ways to use notes in your presentation:

  • To help in your preparation

  • To distribute as handouts to your audience
