Other Hyperlink Options

Using a custom button to go to the next slide isn't bad if you want to add text, but the other options in the Hyperlink to dialog box are obviously much more powerful. For example, let's create another button that takes us directly to another slide in the presentation:

1.
Drag out another custom button in a new slide.

Set the Hyperlink to drop-down list to Slide.

In the Hyperlink to Slide dialog box, select a slide by number, title, or preview, as shown in Figure 16.4.

Click OK twice to return to the slide. Name the button for the slide you selected (Sales Cycle).

5.
Play the show from the current slide by clicking the screen icon under Views. Click the button and watch it take you to the slide you want.
