Be a Good Host

The point of being prepared well in advance is that you can do the little things that make your presentation a success. When you know you're ready to roll, make it a point to meet and greet individual attendees, find out what they expect to gain out of your presentation, and develop the rapport that will ensure that you will be well received (and reviewed).

Don't assume that the lighting and temperature in the room are okay. Ask people sitting in the back if they can see the screen, and whether they are comfortable. Familiarize yourself with the thermostat, lighting, and other devices that can increase the comfort of your attendees.
