Chapter 16. Working with Outlook Contacts

If you keep your contacts in Outlook, you can consolidate most (if not all) of your email, tasks, notes, appointments, and contact information into a single information manager. Outlook lets you organize phone numbers, addresses, and demographic data in an easy-to-handle database. You can add a new friend, business associate, or your Congressperson in the matter of a few keystrokes, categorizing the data so you can easily recall it in the future.
