Q&A

Q1:What if I want to use the Office Assistant only when I need help?
A1: Right-click the Office Assistant to display the pop-up menu and select Hide Assistant. The Office Assistant window disappears. When you want to use the Office Assistant again, click the Standard toolbar's Office Assistant button. You might want to display the Office Assistant's Options dialog box (right-click the Office Assistant and select Options) to change the way the Office Assistant responds to you. The Options dialog box enables you to modify the timing of the Office Assistant's responses.
Q2:Why would I route a document instead of sending a document if co-workers needed to make revisions?
A2: Use the document routing option when you want to send the same document to multiple co-workers and let each co-worker see the revisions made. When you send a document, Office sends a copy to each of the recipients, who then make revisions to that single copy and return it to you. Office users often route when they have more time to wait for revisions and when they want to send a document through a predetermined chain of organizational command.
