Q1:Under Tools, Workgroup the TeamInbox option is grayed out. What do I change to use this feature?
A1: The TeamInbox option is grayed out because Web has not been selected as the default for workgroup messages. To do this select Tools, Options, Workgroup and change the Default workgroup message drop-down list box.
Q2:I'm a team member. Do I have to run Microsoft Outlook to see my task list?
A2: No. You can track your project assignments using Project Central, the Web-based workgroup messaging application.
Q3:Each workgroup member prefers to use a different communication type. Is there a way to view each team member's workgroup setting?
A3: Yes. Go into your Resource Sheet view and insert a column called Workgroup.
