Understanding Outlook's Folders

If you are new to Outlook you will find that it provides an environment similar to a filing cabinet. Items of information are kept in folders, which you can access with one click of the mouse. These folders are accessed from the Outlook bar that appears on the left side of the Outlook window (see Figure 1.1). To open a folder, just click on it.
