Printing Multiple Copies

You can print more than one copy of a document, and you can specify that the copies be collated so that the pages are in the proper order. To print multiple copies, follow these steps:

  1. Click File, Print, or press Ctrl+P. The Print dialog box appears (refer to Figure 9.1).

  2. In the Number of Copies box, enter the desired number of copies. Or, click the increment arrows to set the desired value.

  3. If you want the copies to be collated, select the Collate check box to turn it on. Otherwise, turn this option off.

  4. Click OK.
