Changing the Drive or Folder

The dialog boxes for opening and saving files in Office 2000 programs are different from the ones in Windows 95/98 in general. The Save As and Open dialog boxes take a bit of getting used to.

To change to a different drive, you must open the Save In or Look In drop-down list. (The name changes depending on whether you're saving or opening a file.) Figure 6.2 shows this drop-down list in the Save As dialog box. From it, choose the drive on which you want to save the file.
