Creating a New Group Calendar

A group calendar displays the free time schedules of a specified group of people. You quickly see who in the group is available or busy at a particular time. If you have access to their calendars, you can display them below the group calendar.

To open a group calendar, you open your Calendar and click the Group Calendars folder in the Navigation Pane (see Figure 10.8). Then, you double-click on the group calendar you want to view.
