Opening Someone's Mail, Calendar, and To Do

For others to read mail, smail, set appointments, and use the rights you have just given them, they need to open your mail database, or if you've been given rights, you need to open their mail database. To do so, choose File, Database, Open; switch to the mail server on which your mail is located; click the Mail folder; and select the database you want to open. If you have difficulty finding the mail database of another person, consult your Mail Administrator. Also, note that you do not need to give your password to someone else. When you assign these rights, those to whom you give access can use those rights without needing to know your password.

When you open another mail database, depending upon the access rights given you, you can see that person's Mail, Calendar, or To Do views.
