Introduction

Many people considered Lotus Notes to be the groupware product of the '90s. Perhaps Lotus Notes R5 will be the universal client for the millennium. Ever evolving to meet the collaboration, communication, and Internet needs of businesses, Release 5 of Lotus Notes focuses on the Notes client to create a seamless, universal client from which you can access mail, the Internet, your intranet, and so forth. The new look and functionality of the R5 client is the topic of this book.
