Creating Link Messages

Link Messages are used to sa document link to mail correspondents. By using the Link Message feature of Notes, you also use a special mail template that fills the entire mail message in for you except for the To, cc, and bcc fields. For example, a new policy is created in your HR Policy database, and you want to bring that to the attention of a Mail Memo recipient. Create a Link Message, and sthat message to your co-worker.

To create a Link Message, follow these steps:
