Creating Custom Views

You can also create custom views of the information in your Outlook folders. To create a custom view for one of your Outlook folders, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Edit menu, and then point at Current View. Select Define Views. A Define Views dialog box for the currently selected folder will open.

  2. Click the New button in the Define Views box. The Create a New View dialog box will appear as shown in Figure 4.7.
