Creating an Appointment from a Mail Message

In addition to creating tasks from messages, you can create an appointment from a mail message. When you create the appointment, you can set a time and date for the appointment, invite attendees to the appointment, create a meeting, and otherwise set options for the appointment. For more information about creating appointments, see Lesson 13, "Using the Calendar."

To create an appointment from a mail message, follow these steps:
