Lesson 25. Outlook and the Internet > Launching Internet Explorer

Launching Internet Explorer

You can also launch Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 from the Outlook 98 window. This enables you to quickly browse the World Wide Web. Again, before launching Internet Explorer, you must be connected to the Internet either by your company network or by dial-up connection to your Internet service provider.

Launching Other Web Browsers

If you use another Web browser, such as Netscape Navigator, you will not be able to launch it directly from Outlook. Create a shortcut for your browser on the desktop so that you can launch it quickly when you need it.
