Getting a Simple Printout of the Task List

If you're like me, you still want to see it on paper. There are several ways to print data from your project. The most common method is to get the screen to look the way you want it to look in the printed copy and then print that view. There are also some canned reports that emphasize various aspects of the project. To get a simple copy of the task list, your best bet is to simply print the Gantt Chart.

Adjust the vertical divider bar and the column widths as you did in Hour 2 to get the look you want on paper. Because we have focused on the task names and the outline this hour, the remaining columns in the table and the Gantt Chart are not very interesting. You might prefer to widen the Task Names column a bit and hide the other columns behind the chart.
