Hour 8. Finalizing and Printing Your Schedule > Printing the Overview Reports

Printing the Overview Reports

Of the 22 predesigned reports in Microsoft Project, the Overview category contains the best set of purely task-oriented reports. To access these reports, choose View, Reports and double-click on Overview to open the Overview Reports dialog box, shown in Figure 8.13.

When you double-click a report, it's displayed in the Print Preview screen. From there, you can access the Page Setup and Print dialog boxes. The Print Preview screen, Page Setup dialog box, and Print dialog box options are used the same way for reports as for views, discussed in earlier sections of this Hour. Because of the nature of the reports, some of the Page Setup and Print options might not be available.
