Creating Custom Tables

Project supplies 19 task-related and 8 resource-related tables. Each of these tables was designed with a theme in mind. For example, the Cost tables group task-related and resource-related cost fields in one location. The Work tables group task-related and resource-related work fields together, such as scheduled work, baseline work, actual work, and work variances. The Entry tables are the default tables for the Gantt Chart and the Resource Sheet views and were envisioned as your primary data entry tables.

But the supplied tables may not meet your display or printing needs exactly. Tables are the elements most commonly customized by Project users. There are essentially three methods for creating custom tables in Project:
