8.6. Editing and Formatting Graphics

Whenever possible, edit, crop, resize, and otherwise manipulate graphics in a graphics package before inserting them into a Writer document.

If necessary, you can make changes to graphics within Writer. When you select a graphic, you can toggle the object bar to show tools for editing the image itself. Click the left-facing arrow at the right-hand end of the Graphics/Frame object bar (Figure 8-12) to display the object bar shown in Figure 8-19.
