Incorporating the Comments

Acrobat has the uncanny ability to keep track of files—which is a good thing because they can often be ornery devils, don’t you think? When Erin receives the comments file via e-mail, double-clicking the file will automatically open the master PDF document, and Acrobat will ask if she wants to add the comments to the file. Isn’t that handy?

Erin has received FDF files from her reviewers but wants to work within Acrobat, so she’ll bring the comments back into her master PDF file. Erin is going to work in the Comments pane to do this.
